Pork Adobo

rub pork meat with soysauce (around a half a cup) in a mixing bowl
add peppercorns
2 lbs of pork (one cup of vinegar)
add bayleaves
crushed garlic
marinate over night

when I cook it cut large pieces of onion and add to pot
cook on low heat until tender
with bones takes 2 hours
